Island Beach Escape is located on beautiful Island Beach, a 5km stretch of white sand and protected ocean.

The house is situated amongst native scrub and is elevated to take in an uninterrupted view of the beach, sea and headlands.

It is an easy 15 minute drive from the coastal township of Penneshaw where the Sealink passenger ferry disembarks.

It is approximately 45 minutes from the main town of Kingscote and similarly from the Kingscote airport.

The property is ideally situated for day trips to the island’s major attractions such as Seal Bay, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase National Park.
