“Beautiful house. Only steps from the beach, perched to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. House is in a great spot not far from the ferry terminal. Had everything we needed and Fiona made sure we had a great stay with suggestions for sites and restaurants. Was great to light the Woodfire at night and watch the sunset on the balcony. "This beautiful property is located in Island Beach, a quiet beach not far from Penneshaw. Fiona is easy to communicate with and was wonderful in helping us sort out our transport on the island (pro tip - don't leave your car ferry booking to the last minute like we did!). The property has lovely beach views and full of thoughtful touches like a pre-prepared fireplace and a folder on places to see whilst on Kangaroo Island. Highly recommended..”

"Fantastic place. Even better than the photos. The dining space is huge, has an amazing view and is light and airy. The house was closer to the beach than I expected, and feels like it’s completely secluded since you can’t see the neighbours at all. Fiona was fantastic, answered all my questions within minutes. There are kayaks and a bunch of activities in the shed for use. The kangaroos and wallaby’s were around the house every day too. Definitely recommend.”
